Gift house is now entering the world of online business for its revenue growth through increased market shares and leveraging new sales channels. The market is drifting to online sales so that more and more customers use their gift items. Vision Vision is the viewpoint as what the new situations will bring to the online gift shop. The online Gift Shop is focused on supplying better consumer services. To encounter this need, the managers of the online gift shop are planning to invest in several programs that impart to this objective. Outcomes "Outcome" is the result of the online gift shop’s business operations. The increased revenues, increased efficiency, and reduced costs for all call centers of Gift shop is the outcome of the online business interface. A solution to every business problem which the Online Gift Shop encounter is necessary to achieve the positive outcomes (Pemsel & Widén, 2011). Scope The Business Process Scope means online sales which include product sales, shipping inquiries, raising orders, payment of orders, orders shipping, and invoicing of products. Objectives, Outputs, and Targets Objectives Deliver at most Eighty-five percent of gift items according to customers’ needs. The online Gift shop guarantee that all deliveries of products should be certified and of superior quality. Outputs Produce more and more outputs in a short period of time. Targets The main target of gift house is to ship online orders to clients’ homes or businesses nationwide within two days. The employees are cross-trained to work the sales floor, pick online orders from stores, and deliver them to hub distribution centers. Success Criteria In this project interface, Gift house should establish a department to maintain and define the standard activities of the online gift shop.
