Employees have adopted a negative attitude towards position at Bower, which is affecting their approach to produce quality work. The culture extends to communication in headquarters and subsidiaries. There is no integration across teams, causing resentment. Working teams are suffering. There is inadequate instructions’ being received.

Materials needed: Pen and Paper
Objective: Team-building heavily involves good communication, trust and teamwork. This results in a healthy workplace culture.
Discussion: Employees will discuss and write down what skills and attitudes they believe are necessary in creating a positive workplace. Employees will then openly discuss what they have come with and identify the benefits of having those skills and attitudes.
Putting it to practice:
Rules of Activity: Blind folded, Participants will form 2 even lines facing one and another, standing shoulder to shoulder. It will then be instructed that participants hold out their hands and grab across to another hand of another person. The instructor will then remove the blind fold off the participants and within a set time, the group is to untangle the knot of arms without releasing their hands. If the group is too large, separate into smaller groups.
