Comments Background Information You work for an online Travel Agent called TYI Travel. Your manager has been considering opening an office in a shopping centre in Brisbane; however, she has received information that shopping centres frequently have workplace health, safety and sustainably issues. Accidents in the workplace cost millions of dollars every year in direct costs and loss of production. Employers and employees have legal responsibilities to keep workplaces safe and to reduce risks. Shopping centres have the added responsibility of keeping customers safe as well as employees. She has asked you to do some research and make a recommendation as to whether the chosen shopping centre is a safe centre and worth opening a store in.
