A3 Description: For this assessment, you are a volunteer in policing (ViP) and have regularly worked with police in your local area command (LAC) on a number of important community tasks. You have been asked by the youth liaison officer of your LAC to produce a poster that illustrates the various ways young people are socially constructed and suggest ways this can improve. This poster will then be displayed in the local council foyer for community viewing. Given your background in youth justice, the youth liaison officer considers this a suitable task for you. She has asked that you follow a list of instructions to help you with your task.
Task Description
The youth liaison officer has noticed a sharp increase in the number of young people charged with minor summary offences. This increase in contact with the juvenile justice system is of major concern to the youth liaison officer given she suspects it will only increase further. She would like you to pay special attention to the way young people are viewed in the community and think of ways that relations may improve.
You are to produce an A4 size poster accompanied by a 500 word explanation that explores ONE of the themes detailed below.

1. there is two part in this assignment. You are to produce an A4 size poster accompanied by a 500 word explanation based on assessment topic. I gave you some sample in the file how photo should be look like. you can download poster from google. and give a explanation as a paragraph.
• Use a minimum of two scholarly sources (e.g. journal articles, books, book chapters and respected government research papers and websites) which is I already gave you as a file. don't have to research anywhere. just follow those two readings.
• You must acknowledge the images and ideas of others, reference direct quotes properly using the Harvard referencing system and include a reference list at the end (not included in the word count).
• Viewpoints must be substantiated using relevant literature, conceptual knowledge, and a convincing argument.
• You can use some text on your poster but this should be very limited (e.g. slogan or brief quote).
• The 500 (+/- 10%) word component of the poster must be word-processed, doubled spaced and use 12pt font.
