Hi everyone,
I have attached a template I have made for myself, to help me break down what we need to cover in my section. Since my topic is sustainability I have put "Environmental sustainability" in all the headings but you can use the same template if you find it helpful and just put your own topic in the headings instead of ENVIRO.
Also, if you use any sources or references can you please save the pdf of the reference so we can share them and also so I can put the references in the Endnote referencing program.
If you use an online reference please copy and paste the URL (website address) into your draft since you can't save them.

Dear Raj, Sukhi, Lu, and Sunnanda,
It is Mohit, your last group member from the Management Communication Group assignment. It was good to see you today Raj, Sukhi and Lu and I hope we can meet soon Sunnanda.
I hope after the lecture today we understand what our tasks are, but here is a summary:
1. The assignment is on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and our group is looking at the company "Johnson & Johnson"
2. We have to analyse the CSR policies and practices on 5 topics, and since we have 5 in our group we need to each take a topic.
3. The topics are: economic, ethical, legal, philanthropic (charity), and sustainability.
Lu has already chosen to do the philanthopic one, and I would like to do the sustainability one, if that is ok with everyone. So, Raj and Suki and Sunnanda, please let me know which topics you would like to work on, so that we all know which section to research on.
4. We need to write 2000 words each, on our chosen section. So I am thinking we can research separately on our sections.
But we should meet before or after the lecture next week so that we can discuss our sections and help each other if we need to.
Let me know what you think. Also, to reply to everyone in the group please make sure you hit the "reply ALL" button and not just reply, so that we can all see each other's messages.
