The Methodology and Data Collection Technique The method used in this research is qualitative in nature. The first part of the study will comprise of a questionnaire having 15 well defined objective and subjective questions. The second half will be the extensive interview session with the current leaders and the employees of the organization (Sofo, 2013). To gather data and information with the highest quality, questionnaire is to be sent to the management and the entrepreneurs (Pournasir, 2013). The qualitative approach will give an in-depth examination of the issues, will be able to utilize the subjective information, no defined or rigid variables deal with the value-laden set of questions, have the opportunity to build new theories and so on (Tanneberg, 2013). The research will have the sample size of 200 respondents targeting the employees who are not satisfied with the current state of the organization and the employees who express positive views of the organization. The sample size of another 25 will be dedicated to the leaders in the firm. Descriptive research is used which is fit for the current study. The qualitative descriptive studies give a comprehensive summarization of the specific events experienced by an individual, groups of individuals (Sousa, 2014). It's a valuable method to achieve the desired goal. The required data will be collected or sourced from the questionnaires and the interview conducted for the target population of 225 candidates of the organization. The sample is randomly chosen amongst the group to avoid any biases during the data sourcing. The collection of data implies putting the design for collecting information into operations. The recording and organizing data takes a different format, depending on the information. The recording will be done concurrently with data collection to avoid any loss of information. Analyzing information involves the relationships, patterns, trends and so on. The data are collected as descriptions and interpretations cannot be reduced to numbers as the study is qualitative in approach. The qualitative information and its analysis through an expert panel give the understanding of the effect of the result. The quality data can be changed into numbers by counting the number of times specific things occur during the observations or interviews (Community Tool Box. (2017).The analysis gives valuable judgment in helping the organization to know the underlying problem of autocratic leadership that lead to the low performance and unsatisfied internal customers.
