It is important for getting the message across verbal communication and effective speaking. Listening skill plays a vital role in interpersonal communication and nearly we spend 45% of time for listening. Active listening provides the information on how to listen and helps to avoid misunderstandings. (‘LinkedIn, n,d’) Teamwork skills: Team work is combining all the members in a group to achieve the goal. The important skill of teamwork will be guiding and supporting each other and being flexible. By using the appropriate language, the communication ideas are effective in both verbally and in writing. In the effective oral presentation, there are three major components are delivered such as what you say (verbal), how you say (vocal), and see about you (visual). Also, you are making the presentation, you must explain it to the audience. In any industry, the ethics should be a must for any organizations and codes of the behavior is nothing but the policies for different codes of ethics. The importance of codes of behavior is depending on the ethics of the organizations. It provides the information through the society and also provides the privacy and legal issues within the ICT management. In the Australian workplace, the understanding of Common work practices and values and operating them by creating the cohesive team to identify the people with best culture and values. The significant factor of cross cultural issues is affecting workplace success rates. Developing strategies for improving the effectiveness and the successful workplace can enhance the global skills local prospects. ICT improves the organizational process by the four key elements such as understand, inform, challenge, and the transform. ICT delivers the business values such as the ideas of the outcome which is striving to achieve, relationship with effective service delivery team, providing appropriate quality and value of delivery models, and assessing and responding to risk. The application of emerging technology to communication are 5G, which is the next step to continue innovation and evaluation of the mobile industry. It addresses network congestion, energy efficiency, cost, reliability, and also it is a new air interface with faster speeds. 2015 be the year to move the technology trials and standard development and it is the 2020 commercialization horizon. Molecular communication: The bio-man machines communicate to perform coordinated actions where the molecular communication is an emerging paradigm. Molecular communication utilizes biological molecules, while the traditional communication systems utilize electromagnetic waves. Part B: Feedback The two things which I mostly liked in this course are the writing skills and the communication skills which are to be maintained around the people. One and the only major fact is that, attracting people towards you is an effective communication in the most comprehensive way. The ICT professional gives ideas and the concepts for developing our communication skills and also in writing skills as well. For the better improvement of information and communication technology, I would like to give a comprehensive suggestion. Through the internet, the communication can be made more effective and appropriate and the service providers are providing better security to the organizations. Most of the people feel that the Facebook doesn’t give the option for hiding the personal things like picture or video. From the above issue, ICT professionals are making the communication to be effective and appropriate by using some of the advanced technology. Apart from that, some other areas of information and communication technology is an amazing experience of communicating with customers, as it should be improved and enhanced. The complaints on social media websites are done by the users and it has some easy way of methods of communicating ,but it also creates some noise like sense of insecurity. By making some of the innovative services in communication, the ICT professionals can improve the way of communication and can also improve the security features.
