Abstract
The main objectives of the project are to design a better framework for using the cloud based technology which is providing more facilities to the consumers and the organization also. The ambition of the project is to propose a well-planned structure of cloud based digitalization which will help the e-commerce site to integrate more and expand their business all over the world. The projects also show the utilization of designing a new and innovative user-interface for the ecommerce site to broaden their customer’s base and take the business to a new level by using the mobile app which based on the cloud concept and ERP application.

Coles is still using CRM application for their business in Australia(Shop.coles.com.au, 2017). But, CRM is anold-fashioned application as the current situation. So, Coles is willing to develop a new technology which is basically cloud based.
Identification of the components and purposes of the strategic plan
Like every other organizations, this enterprise also has to develop some well-structured strategies to set the directions and inaugurate significances and the priorities for the corporation.Glowing developed strategic plans always help the foundation to integrate their business. Here are some 5 phases to establish a plan to set the route of the company. Those five key components are known as VMOSA which has described below(Pena & Brodie, 2014),
Vision Mission Objectives Strategies Action plans
Vision The senior or CEO of the company generally has developed the Vision of the company for setting the future of the foundation. In this statement the company normally likes to establish the answers or solutions for the pre-predicted problems which will be or may become in the future(Slack, Orife, & Anderson, 2010). This is the backbone of the strategic plan which helps the company to integrate or improve their business.
Mission The mission statement for an association is an imperishable verbalization of your inspiration and objective, bigger, tending to both what the company attempts to satisfy and the pathway in which the affiliation hopes to complete it. The mission statement should epitomize the estimations of the relationship, to which the association will reliably remain certified(Salo, 2009).

Objectives This is the key factors of the company to achieve the goals. Like every other company, this association also has some goals, and all goals are divided into some phases. So, complete the each and every phases there are some pre-developed objectives to accomplish the goals of the company(Krajewski, Ritzman, & Malhotra, 2013).
Strategies To compete for the goals or objectives of the company, the managing directors already have set some strategies to accomplish the goals.While dynamic and vital arranging teams regularly express extraordinary thoughts of how to achieve the results your procedures target, conceptualizing and free examination ordinarily brings about concession to a business system or methodologies that ought to work(Belleflamme & Peitz, 2015). Action Plans This is most fundamental and most needed phase to make the vision and mission be successful for achieving the goals of the company. If there are no action plans are not developed then, the company will not be able to face the problems which will be raised during the marketing.
Digital Innovation
Digital innovation is just a business model innovation which helps to change the business perspective or the background of the business at a rapid speed. Digital technologies are the combination of computing, information, connectivity technologies and the communication which help the business to grow more with some new innovative ideas, practices which are known as digital innovation(Fichman, Dos Santos, & Zheng., 2014). This digital innovation is typically handled by the Non-IT people who are directly involved with the market or customers. In this process the management director analysis the data of the trends technologies or most accepted technologies by the customers to enhance the traditional model of the business. In this phase, they can understand the necessity to use or developed more digital embedded process to integrate the business to other range to cover the market more(Lee & Berente, 2012).

The beauty of the cloud computing is automated upgrading of the software which is used by the organization. So, it reduces the maintenance cost and time also. It also provides security and work friendly environment to the employee and also

the consumers of that organization. From CRM to business computerisation, all clarifications are entirely cloud-based. This is the reasons for using more cloud-basedtechnologies.
Limitation of CRM system and needed Improvement
CRM, client relationship application is one that little too critical affiliations use to screen client contact data, requests for addresses and sending data. A CRM can be pre-bundled or just made by a thing movement affiliation. Dissatisfaction Poor customer service or late delivery of the products is the one of the common problems that impressions on the reputation and profit margins of the organization. So, dissatisfaction of the consumers is a key factor which directly create a bad impact on the organization, that’s why it should be removed.
Desire Like every other company this organization also have or needs to have a Desire to integrate the association to achieve the highest position in the industry. To grow in the market the organization should have a positive desires or goals.

The company is still using the CRM application for their business. But, they have to move tocloud-based application for their business purpose. The CRM is now old framework to work on, and it has agreat chance to lose the records of the organization. In that scenario, the cloud computing is offering more security to the customers(Greenberg, 2010). That’s why the company has started to move forward to grasp the trendy technology like cloud computing, ERP application, mobile application, etc.
Critical success factors
Cloud computing or Distributed computing provides some wonderful advantages which are the critical success key factors for the organization. Internal private distributed computing can help boost resource usage, private distributed computing guarantees confinement, cloud registering can present new usefulness rapidly, cloud processing can help with cost-proficiency. Cloud figuring can empower high accessibility and versatility; Cloud processing guarantees a low obstruction to passage.
