Weight & word count : 40 % of unit marks. 2000 words Task: Choose 1 from the 4 video and background information case studies provided, and write a professional report of 2000 words addressing the following. 1. Background information about the child and family. 2. Describe the specific health condition. Analyze and discuss the likely implications of the health condition on the child’s occupational performance. 3. Illustrate the impact on the child’s occupational performance using observations (from video) or reported (from background information) in key occupations. 4. Discuss possible assessment & intervention techniques used by OT’s related to the case study 5. Outline and discuss possible family centered issues and link to PEOP model.
