Individual Workplace Issues Report The Workplace Issues Report is an individual assessment task where you select an issue/situation for analysis. You may draw from your current or past experience in an organisational or other setting. Your task is to undertake an analysis of the issue using one of the four frames described in Bolman and Deal (2013) as a method to gain greater insight into the issue, a different perspective on the issue, and provide broader "action opportunities". 2a Part 1- The initial submission should be 500 - 750 words in length and: ? describe the selected issue or situation in 300-500 words, and ? indicate which frame you intend to use to explore the issue, and explain why you have selected this frame, and 2b Part 2 The final report should be 2,500–3,000 words in length and: ? describe the selected issue or situation in 300–500 words ? use of theoretical concepts relating to one of the four frames to explore the issue ? identify and justify opportunities for action for yourself and others, and describe major steps for each action ? detail two insights which were previously "out of sight" in relation to your developing understanding of your framing of the issue and your contribution to it ? have attached a summary of the issue from the perspective of the four frames and outline actions using the template in Bolman and Deal (2013), page 424
