Look into a particular company/MNC research on issue/problem… Incorrect referencing style INTRODUCTION The topic relates to the problem with the employees in the organisation regarding the conflicts in the working conditions. There are unintentionally clashes between the formal authority, individuals and in the staff which impact the organisation rules and regulations of company. This problemis relating to timings of the working, working conditions, margin of sharing profits and different styles of working on the same project or thing creates conflict between the employees. Another category could be competition between the employees regarding the completion of project to get name and fame and an extra income, jealousy between individuals, personal difference between the employees. With this it has a positive as well as negative impact on the organisation. The positive impact will be the projects of the organisations are completed on the time with the best efforts. As continuing the conflicts between the employees could not give rise to the team work opportunities which has a more benefit rather than individual work. The problem of conflicts also arises from different styles of doing a work on the single project, way of thinking of the employees, the struggle for authority within the organisation. (BRETT,2007). The major challenge the organisation is facing is the effective management of conflicts which influence the overall performance of the organisation. (HAVENGA 2002). Conflicts can be in various ways. As the conflicts has an adverse effect on the organisation but it gives the fruitful results. In this research, it provides a different strategy to get a solution to the serious problem. Aims and Objectives Organisations always think about their benefit and they achieve their goals. There are many ways to achieve the goals but the conflicts between the employees is the biggest problem. This decreases in the overall productivity of organisation, increase in the turnover of employees results to the violence in the organisation and distributing the flexibility of functioning the business organisation. The organisation always focuses on the efficiency and to get rid of the serious problem. Organisation only focus that from which part they could get more benefit the neglect the smaller conflicts in the front of bigger profits. But they notice the problems and try to get rid of the problem. This problem does not give rises to the team work which has the more benefit rather than doing work individually. The objectives of the research are as follows. 1 Discovering the reasons of conflicts: Theorganisation has the researches that how it should be removed so the employees should do the work in a group with that the organisation could have more profit. In this the organisation consider about their profit but they consider their problems less but more to their goals. 2 Searching the categories of common conflicts at the place of work: common conflicts are taken and make a decision to reduce the conflicts so that the government should have more profits after reducing the issues of employees 3 Finding the influence of conflicts to relationship& achievements of business administrators 4 Explore the strategies to handle the conflicts A brief methodology The following methodology will be undertaken to identify effectively in this project.
