The different stages of the communication plan template MUST fit together. If they do not, adjustments
must be made.
The communication plan MUST be realistic and feasible for Qants management to implement.
The various problems that Qantas experienced publically in the case must be taken into consideration.

Introduction should not contain any references and should talk about what we would be talking in this
memo and the order and structure of the memo.
Body consists of three partsPart 1: should talk about THREE key issues that are identified through the case study.
Part 2: Future actions Quantas can take ( these hold the recommendations and should be linked to the
stated problems from part 1. This section will not hold any references as the recommendations should
be from self.
Part 3: TWO (no more/ no less) important factors for an organization in general to consider when using
social media. (Please use 3-5 relevant secondary sources such as journals to support your points)
Conclusom should have a polite closure in the end after restating the whole memo.
Reference should be APA 6th edition. Please take care with the citations.
The communication template should be filled and added in the appendix part of the assignment keeping
it short and brief.
