The Business is owned by a Sri Lankan Gentleman named Jerad Welupillay.The chefs are specialised in delicious authentic Sri Lankan and North Indian Cuisine and the menu changes from season to season and only use fresh ingredients. It has Pax’s for 50 people.
This restaurant comes with an extensive allacarte menu and also this has a wide range of take away dishes and also elephant corridor caters of outdoor parties and events
Elephant corridor has a specialised dishes such as the mud crab curry,hoppers koththu and the tandoori dishes. And special deserts such as watalappan. Elephant corridor serves cocktail as well.

There is a small delay in the order to come because of inefficiency of staff in Elephant Corridor.

First doing some social media campaign and put a display in front of Elephant Corridor and sending messages to the customers who have come before telling that the restaurant have new menu’s and dishes.
Number of customers will be counted and checking whether there is an increase of sales.
Checking the number of call bookings will be calculated.
Organising an Friday night for elder people with good music because young crowd go the city for parties
