This company have 7 million no. of users on his website and in App. The total no. of views take place in the current year is 90 million. This company have great value in the IT market have given a superb response to Job search 1.2 Problem Statement The problem related to the current system is that the curerent system have privacy issues and the whole system of the job portal system is very time consuming process. The members related to the job portals are not pre filtered and the job portals like indeed and linkedln are not take the responsibility related to employee is skilled or not. and the feature of the database is not well maintained. The old system is very insecure system any hacker can easily hack the system to steal the personal Identification of the candidate. 1.3 Benefits and challenges related to proposed system The proposed system is only for the engineering domain and help the different engineering based company to select the candidate according to their relevant skill. The proposed system gives the feature of evaluating the technical skill of the candidate by taking the online test, this feature of the online software help the HRs to save their time incurred behind the process of the interview . The challenge of the implementation of this online platfotm for is very vast because the developer has to develop the system to arrange the question for test and make the system. In order to implement the software, the developer has to build the huge data base in 3 way 1st for data and information second for taking the test to evaluate the skills of the engineer. 2. It should be an online platform which will assess engineering grads with various online tools on the skills, capability and readiness for the various engineering jobs.
