Assessment 3: Reflective Portfolio – Who Am I? Due date and time: 4.00pm Tuesday 6th June (week 13) or earlier. Submission instructions: A hard copy (Pdf or Word document) of your portfolio including cover sheet must be submitted to your tutor by 4.00pm Wednesday 7th June. Turnitin instructions: A word document or pdf of the reflective writing sections from your portfolio must be submitted to Turnitin by 4.00pm on Tuesday 6th June. If your reflective writing is not submitted to Turnitin by the set deadline it will be considered late. Any reflective writing not submitted to Turnitin will not be marked. Assessment brief: Length: Approx. 300 words per section (3000 words in total) Type: Reflective writing 1st person Format: The portfolio will adhere to the format provided in the marking guide. APA style referencing will be used to cite any materials used in the portfolio. Any number of personal or professional images may be used Presentation: All material is to be submitted together. The presentation of the portfolio is at the discretion of the individual Weighting: 40% TOPIC: Students are to prepare and present an individual portfolio. The Portfolio shall demonstrate self- assessment, personal evaluation and reflection on key aspects of Organisational Behavioural theory; Learning style Communication style Self-Esteem Personality Profile Values, Attitudes, Ethics Diversity profile Leadership style Groups and team roles Conflict resolution Who am I? Provide a summary of the key aspects of you as an individual. It is important that the portfolio presents discussion and evidence that addresses the following learning outcomes: Critically evaluate and reflect on their own behavioural effectiveness based on a conceptual understanding of human and organisational theoretical framework Research, analyse and reflect upon contemporary theories from organisational and human behavioural and relate them to their own personal disciplinary perspective. Each section MUST include a self-assessment as provided through course materials over the course of the paper. The portfolio may also include additional material from other sources All references cited in the portfolio must follow APA guidelines.
