Project Management Lifecycle – a breakdown of the essential parts of the event – pre/during/post considerations – timeline elements, scheduling, Work Breakdown Structure (see 9.) 4. Project Governance – control and oversight of the event – who is in charge and how are event positions determined 5. Project Risk Factors – identification of key event risks, budget controls, financial exposure and parameters 6. Project Stakeholders – who are the main stakeholders associated with your event - list EVE601 – Project Management & Logistics Semester One 2016 Page 13 7. Project Management Logistics Considerations – identification of important logistic considerations unique to this event 8. Project Management Reporting – how, who, when, what considerations Additional supporting requirements for the event concept: 9. Gant Chart utilising Microsoft Project and incorporating a WBS of the event with relevant information and resource allocation 10. Pictures/photos of the event where appropriate Note: Because this Mahara assessment resembles a web page, students are advised to have a mix of text and images to create overall balance and artistic creativity.
