Integration – what other systems are the product to work with? Interfaces? Training? 10 Project Costs – A budget will need to be included in the project plan (actual or project costs do not need to be included however a list of items or tasks that need to costed are essential) 10 Project Schedule – milestones, critical path, timings, responsibilities for undertaking the scheduled tasks 10 Project Risks – develop a risk register, identify key risk areas and plan to mitigate identified key risks 10 Project Change Management Plan, Communication Management Plan and Evaluation and Quality Delivery – how will a decision be made on acceptance of the project quality and evaluation requirements? 10 (100) TOTAL A written document and presentation will be required as part of this assessment.
