MARKETING STRATEGIES
Today’s world is a world of technology. Technology has globalized the whole world and the world is becoming smaller day by day. With the evolving of new technology, we should make a good marketing strategy to operate day to day task drawn from market investigation and we should have to focus on our goal in order to achieve the what we plan for so that we get achieve a huge amount of profit and run our organization or business properly. Marketing strategy plays a crucial role to run an entire business so every organization must have planned and developed with an entire team member.
Marketing mainly describes our business and its products and service. With the help of marketing, we can explain the position and the role of product and its service in the recent market. Marketing Strategy defines the business goal like how we can increase the awareness of the product through it. How we reach our product to the new customer and how we sell a maximum number of the product to the market. During marketing strategy, we must research the market which is an essential part of it. During the research of the market, we can know about the market size; growth; social trends and demographics so that we can change over times. During marketing Strategy, we must watch the product of competitors like about its quality, price, supply and their marketing tactics; their strength and weakness which helps us improved our strategy plan so that we can have a better product in contracts to our competitors.
Nowadays social media is popular and best way for marketing strategy. We can post the regular update about our product through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and much more so that each and every person can know about the product. We can use magazines; newspaper and billboard method so that we can reach to a maximum number of the person. Hence marketing Strategy helps in promoting our business and get recognition and attention towards the each and every person. (Furrer, 2206).

There are some sorts of risks that occurred in our project and some of these are discussed below.

During our project, it may create a major effect on our system. The natural disaster includes lightening helps to destroy our project and makes the whole system error so to overcome this project we need some sorts of techniques like earthling and the anti-safety techniques such as modern equipment. There are different other risks like security, time, resources not working power supply fail, fire hazards, shortness of staff. (Koparkar, 2015).
SPONSORSHIP ARRANGEMENT
Sponsorship plays an important role and it is the key component to the powerful marketing strategy because we can reach to a wide range of people. We can advertise our event through different communication channel if we have a good sponsor. With the help of a sponsor, we can enhance our business and make it easy access to find it. We can raise brand awareness of an organisation or event.
Sponsorship can be divided into different categories like
⦁ Financial Sponsors: Financial Sponsor mainly deals with the financial matters. They pay a certain amount of money in exchange to promote their company or organisation by putting their name or logo of that company.
Members - $500
Non Members - $650
⦁ In-kind sponsor: In-kind sponsor provides goods rather than giving money. Like providing coffee; tea; bread; biscuits; drinks and much more.
⦁ Media Sponsor: Media sponsor mainly focuses on advertising the event which is a crucial part. With the help of Media, people can get to know about an event. Media Sponsor like television; magazine; online social media; billboard.
WORK BREAK DOWN STRUCTURE
A Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) is the important task that has to be performed on the cooperation of the team member into reasonable areas. A project is broken down into the manageable part to make easy for the team member to use these structures in project planning. Once a WBS and a responsibility matrix are ready for the approval, all structures of the project are under control and changes get evaluated and documented.
Milestone 1: Initiation of AIPM conference
Research on-
⦁ Choosing hotel and location
⦁ Transportation
⦁ Security service
⦁ Providing the facility
⦁ Maintain the schedule
⦁ Catering and lodging
⦁ Health services
Milestone 2: Planning the schedule
Schedule are planned on the basis of research
Milestone 3: Execution of the project
Payment is done to book the services for the participant.
Milestone 4: Monitoring the conference
After executing the services to the participant, the team member should monitor the conference and the services provided to the participant.
Milestone 5: Closing the conference of the project
All the document of the project is collected after the program and distributed to the team member. The closing of the program is done.
COST MANAGEMENT
Budget plays a key role to get success in the project. If the project finished on the basis of allocated budget and timing, that conference can be said to be a successful project.
Serial no. WBS Budget
1 Milestone 1 $30000
2 Milestone 2 $70000
3 Milestone 3 $150000
4 Milestone 4 $35000
5 Milestone 5 $20000
The budget allocated for the project is calculated on the basis of different stages of milestone. If the expenditure of the budget is according to the target budget, it is the best way to keep success in the project.
METHODOLOGY
Project is a collaboration of the business that needs to be carefully planned and execute to achieve a particular goal. So, the project should be planned in the different stages using WBS to get successful. The stages of the project are-
⦁ Initiation: - Before the project get started, it is important to research the project and the requirements needed for the project.
⦁ Planning: - After research has been done on the project, the project should be planned accordingly. The cost and timing should be planned for the project. Documentation should be done from the team member to start the project.
⦁ Execution: - After planning the project, the task should be executed to start the work. Each person is responsible for the particular task. If one makes mistake in a task then, other person gets affected as well.
⦁ Monitoring: - Once the project gets executed, the project should be monitored time to time. Each and every task should be checked and run according to the plan. Regularly making a meeting with the team member to discuss the task is crucial. Providing the feedback of the task makes improvement in the work. The progression of the work should be monitored.
⦁ Closing: - After the task get finished, all the team member should do documentation of the task before it gets closed. If there is any mistake done in the task, it should be rechecked and minimize the mistakes that come into the work.
CONCLUSION
After challenging each and every task in the project, the project completed successfully. It is very hard to choose a correct person for the task and to invite a right person in the conference to have the project. Team member plays a key role to make success the project. The project report shows that the team member can organize the project if they have a proper management system. Each and everything in the project has to be allocated properly and scheduled accordingly to run the conference. Every member should collaborate in the work. The budgeting gets allocated according to Milestone. This is the best conference run by the AIPM team member to run the project.
