Organisational Background
Holden is the basic name of General Motors Holden which is an Australian manufactured car company. It was founded in 1856 in southern Australia. It is an Australian based car company which is only manufactured in Australia so, that’s why it is not renowned as a multi-national or international brand. Despite of not being an international company it got lot of competitors inside Australia following Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes but still they are well known and reputed.
Commodore, Barina, Cruze all these mentioned models of Holden which are well designed, economical and are popular in the markets. Holden provides quality products in remarkable price what makes them better organisation/company.
Task 2
Time Management Plan
As we simply know managing time is Time Management. So, dividing the time between any specific activities by planning or organizing is Time Management Plan. If we can manage our time then it will lead to work faster and smarter.
Work Breakdown Structure
As the char shown above which explains about how this project is done. As it is shown on the first task which was started on 29th of March 2017 researching on real world organisation took for seven days to completion. Choosing an organisation on 30th of March followed by started to collect information’s about the organisation that how it works and how an organisation runs. On the 3rd of April there was a research about finding fact which was concluded on that same date. And at last on the date of 6th April it was rechecked. This chart shows how the Time Management Plan work and it will show how easy it is to work.

Fact-Finding
Fact finding is the good way to determine the improvements in an organisational process which requires different points including interviews, documentation review, observation and research. So, to find out how do those points helps an organisational process to determine improvements are discussed below:
Interviews:
The word interview refers to collect the information’s from an individual or a group. With this method the analysis have to record all the needs, requirements, and demands of the customers by facing them on the spot. This is also a better way to clarify the understanding between an organization and a customer so; they can avoid getting problems in the future.
Questionnaires:
The word ‘questionnaires’ itself defines the term being questioned. This is also the best way to know about the products for customers and to know about demands of customers for an organisation. It is an important method for both organization and product to collect information’s.
Documentation review:
Documentation review mean to write information such as features, quality, quantity, etc about any products. An organisation needs to publish a documentation review about their product via social media, radio, magazine, television, etc so the customers can gather more information and feedback about certain products.
Observation:
If you value about your time you need to get in touch with time because if you want to know anything about a product with details then you have to observe that product via visiting an organization.
Research:
Research is an important way to collect data’s. Now everything’s are accessed via internet which is the best option to do research. There are many ways of research such as having a conversation, interviewing, and surveys.

Objective
The main objective in this project is to research about an organisation and to find out different information such as the management system, time managing plans, different levels of people working in different positions and their works. As this project is mentioned about a Holden motor company, this project objective is about how the company management systems work.
Process Undertaken
With this report it helps to reduce the cost changing, improves the changing results, figure out the fast changes. An organisation has to do some changes because of a competitive market place and it can be an issue which might be complicated. So, to avoid any issues an organisation should have specific reason for changes.
Scope
Every people related with an organisation have their own duties and their given roles which help to progress an organisation to a better way. Every member in an organisation is related with each other leading them towards their goal which is project progress.
Recommendations
An organisation has to have a good relation with customers which helps them to build. If they facilitated/ provide good product to the customer then they can recommend the other customer about a product which helps to move an organisation in positive way. For the better services they have to updates every detail so that customers won’t have any confusion while checking the products.
