PROJECT BACKGROUND:
⦁ Vista Concept Dimensions Construction Company is providing services such as architectural design for residential houses and commercial offices, building development, property extensions home renovations and now the company is upgrading the present business processes.
⦁ First of all, company focuses on changing business processes so it can help easily to understand business processes.
⦁ Secondly, company need to update business processes like during work period client get information through mail or messages before allocated dates that can help to client next processes or work.
⦁ Vista Concept Dimensions Company using Microsoft Excel to store business related data for individual customers, therefor it is difficult to find information about particular customers and it is time consuming method.
⦁ Now they currently using Microsoft Excel to store data rather we are going to use IBM Watson which is more worth to satisfy our motive.
⦁ By using this tool, business process can be improved by utilizing less amount of time.
⦁ Moreover, that all new updates help to vista concept dimension company to improving current business processes and providing quality of work to the client.

The customer (defined as the one who wants to build a house/office) approaches the Vista Concept Designers to have an architectural plan to suit their needs and budget. Documents includes quotation for construction contracts, ordering material, scheduling, organising these are the files are included which are in different formats. The new business intelligence tool helps the client to organise the files and documents.

The houses/offices built around Adelaide metropolitan area. Regulatory requirements may vary (slightly if not hugely) between councils. Meeting regulatory requirements imposed by each council with the help of IT or Business Information Systems (BIS).
Tracking Data and Documents:
Starting from concept design to the handing over the building to the customer each project generates data and stored in various locations. The data includes but not limited to plans, approvals, emails, tenders, quotations, orders, invoices. Tracking of the data related to each project;

Searching: Searching for work you need using IT instead of manually visiting each folder looking for a file.
Report Generation: Generating reports for each project/week/subcontractor etc.

Vista company requires a business intelligence tool to replace their existing manual business process of handling and managing their overused manual data entry process to overcome cost, time and errors occurrence caused by their traditional methods of business operation described in introduction.

Observations–as per the client requirement in suggesting tools he mentioned free tool but including with IBM Watson we are suggesting pentaho for client we move forwards according to client interest

In project according to client requirements updating business process that time directly face to face meeting with client in the month two times.
TEAM MEETING:
Updating business process next process, selecting best tools or methodologies for project team member’s weekly meeting through getting understanding related work each other’s.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
Our team created a group in WhatsApp group for discussing project related process. Thus social media helps to easily and quickly contact to team members anytime all days.
EMAIL:
Also in project all stakeholders connected through email. For example, need to arrange client meeting so team directly mail to client, need supervisor guidance, sending work, getting feedback in report contact through mail. Also team via mail dividing work tasks, show work to each other, and getting important notes related project.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Change management includes project change and organizational change that both are effect the project progress. For example, in project change directly affect project such change project cost, time and quality of work.

Present we are analyzing all the data of the client as client main requirement is data analysis and business process reengineering. We have selected two tools which helps client to analyze and visualize and create dash board. The tools are IBM WATSON& PENTAHOO which are open source BI.
TO BE ACHIEVED:
To show the working of the tool by producing some prototype. How it is will be useful for his current business process and how it makes easy in use of his data from unstructured data and which helps in decision making.
HOW ?
We are going to do some analysis on the tool its reputation and risks, and verify with data of the client. Going through in depth about the working of tool to make it easy to client and help us to produce better result and show him how it will be beneficial to client. Right now we are going through data analysis.
