Development and Implementation of an E-Procurement System for MV
1. Planning the requirement activities Additional requirements resulting from this process must be progressed through formal change management procedures. Once approved the following project documents are to be updated:
Scope Baseline & Cost Baseline
1.1 Traditional Owners of Australia
Traditional owner of Australia are “Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people” (Australia. Department of Education and Training, 2017).
1.2 Additional Senior User/s The current Senior User states that it may be inappropriate to only have one other Senior User representing the Traditional Owners of Australia because at many parts of the country there are two or more groups who represent the traditional owners, so in that case, we must ask elder person of each such group to represent the ceremony as the traditional owners of Australia.
1.3 Wording of ‘Acknowledgement of Country’ The speech for ‘Welcome to Country’ can only be given by the traditional owners of Australia, but since the Project Executive doesn’t belong to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent people, so he cannot deliver the Welcome to Country speech and as per protocol he can only deliver speech on ‘Acknowledgement of Country’.
The wording for ‘Acknowledgement of Country’ shall be “I would like to pay my respect and acknowledge the traditional ancestors, elders and current people who are the actual owners of the land and will always remain so for the years to come and also thank for giving us the opportunity to work and modernise the place as innovated as modern world, Thank you again”.
1.4 Requirements gathering for options analysis This could be the shortest way of finding any solution, but to be confirmed she should always discuss and gather more information on the topic. For doing so, she first need to find the stakeholders, or people with whom she can probably discuss for information gathering, like she might have commutated with the group of Museum Victoria for getting more information. Then finally after analysing the outcome, she should have published information board for the Local Greek Community Club.
2. Requirement Priority Process -
MoSCoW technique Senior provider can consider MoSCoW system to organize and prioritise the work. MoSCoW can be expanded as Must, Should, Could and Won’t. MoSCoW is a basic system ought to be managed in light of the way that frill can't taking all things into account have all that they require, or since we can't for the most part give them all that they require. This is in light of the way that most endeavours are stood up to with a limited contributing course of action and imperativeness explores (coleyconsulting, 2017).
