Important to have proper grammar and change those simple words and make it more professional 3. Proper lay out with the heading etc 4. Research about Organisational behaviour and Organisational culture and add some sentences to the existing one and with supporting evidence. For example on my essay it has section about organsiational behaviour find a journal supporting my statement and then also reference it (Hardvar style) do that throughout the essay at least 6 or 7 references required. 5.Write conclusion and elaborate where it needs to be. 6.
