· What are the needs of the people who access that area of human services?
· Referring to the diagram on p285 of the text what values, knowledge and skills are needed to work in that particular area of human service need?

The assignment will be assessed according to the following criteria:
· Describe and identify fields and domains of human service work. (20%)
· Describe and define human service knowledge, values and skills and connect to professional ethics and translate this to a professional practice framework. (30%)
· Identifies what knowledge, values and skills support working with difference and diversity. (20%)
· Evidence of familiarity with key concepts from texts, recommended reading and broader research. (10%)
· Reference material supports writers ideas and meet academic standards recommended (APA 6). A minimum of (5) academic references are required (10%)
· Academic writing style is adhered to in relation to flow, logic, punctuation, grammar and spelling. (10%)
