The Project specification
You joined at ABC Software Development Company as a junior Project Manager on a temporary
basis two months ago. You have now been asked to choose one of the following three IS projects and
demonstrate your Project Management skills to the Head of Software Development Team to make
your job permanent:

You need to design and develop a unique holistic technological platform to facilitate your development
for commercial use. The designed and developed product of the project would be free from errors, cost

goals, certain technologies must be considered in the designed system.

or more staffs (such as part time analysts, developers and testers) assist you to complete the project on
time. For the project, you need to study and research well to break down tasks and construct suitable
work packages (WPs) to meet clients’ needs fully. Make sure you have done minimum 4 WPs or
maximum 6 WPs and number of tasks minimum 10 or maximum 16 for the project. You also need set
appropriate time, predecessor and cost for each task.B I F _ 6 _ I S P I S P r o j e c t M a n a g e m e n t
