Project Triple Constraint
Triple Constraint Priority Matrix
Triple Constraint Priority Description & Justification
1 2 3
Scope Flexibility in scope may affect other constraints negatively. Some of the customers and stakeholders would take the project to another level of spending (cost) and will defiantly expand the scope of work which will eventually affect the project timeline.
*
Time The Time is the least priority constrains since both customers and stakeholders are fine with little delay. They have no big event or family gathering planed any time prior to October 2017.
*
Cost The Cost is the number one priority, since the sponsor of the project (Father) emphasize on that. He experienced that previous projects went out of allocated budget by huge margin. In this project, the Sponsor is threatened to shut down the project if its exceeds the allocated budget.
