The sports that was created is called Burned Ball
There will be 03 scratches on the floor, one at one end, another at the other end and another at the very center. A player will be behind a risk in the middle the opposing team. Right after the central risk, the other team, and after the last line plus opposing player. The goal of the game is to hit the player in the center with the ball. The player that is hit will be eliminated from the game and goes behind the last line and I can help “burn” the opponents in the center. The winning team is the one who can eliminate the opponents in the center of the court.
To encourage those who are eliminated, if they hit an opponent when they are on the edge, they can return to the center of the game.
The time specific for this sport is 90 minutes.
The result is determined when the team that succeeds in eliminating the first one makes the first score, then begins a second time to know if the losing team equalizes we go to the final stage called subitem death, in the third step the team that can overthrow the other first wins.
Competitors: The team need to be seven players from each side.
Basic rules of sports
• Because it is a cardio sport pregnant women, people with respiratory or cardiac problems can not participate, because it runs a lot and needs to be fit enough.

• To increase the sports we need to improve in more capital to become popular
• Facilities needs to secure a place for the team can have regular training basis and need to decide if will be indoor side or outdoor.
• Staff are required to develop the athetlys.
Opportunity
• Dreams a good opportunity for the person become a professional athletic
• Growth is an excellent opportunity to the teenagers who is playing this sport get a better development as a professional and personal life.
• Expansion the success of this sports can extend to certain places and different regions.
• Sponsorships can attract new sports brandy to sponsor the team regarding a competition.
• A good technical team support as example a coach.
Threat
• Injuries regarding to the sports
• Competition already we can have several competitors in this particular area
• Economics we can work with a different target marketing.
• Politics some of the leaders they believe that professional sports explorer minor athletics.
• Poor equipment to increase the fitness of the athletics.
The SWOT analysis is a fantastic Tool to help strategically goals setting.
Analyzing the strengths this will be helpful attributes to our goal, the weakness are the harmful attributes the ones is recommended to work on, otherwise they will be difficult to reach our goal. Opportunities are external or internal conditions, and threats are harmful external conditions (It’s something is a little bit out of control, but important to know it always be there). From this information we make sure we keep the strengths, the important one the weakness (work on time management or get some more trainings to improve the skills).Based on this we put down, and work with the team, and also visualizing the opportunities and the threats and what can make more difficult for us in the industry.
