Background Currently in Western Australia (WA) and more broadly across Australia there is something of a moral panic in relation to drug use, METH/Ice in particular and community harms such as violent crime.Furthermore, misuse of alcohol particularly among indigenous persons continues to effect a variety of community harms. In order to inform law enforcement decision-making at higher levels, detailed understanding of problems in regional areas is required.
