Accounts and banking software A) The main aim of this project is to develop a system that helps a person to get their bank information and thus being able to compare with the other physical documents. The physical records are receipts, transactional documents and checks. The bank information would be extracted from the internet and the physical documents would be verified with the help of a check scanner. B) The project design would be split into two parts. One component for Bank Information Extraction or BIE and another component Physical Document Extraction or PDE. These components help to share a database which enables it to share and match data within the system itself. The BIE component can be downloaded from http://www.finappstore.com, and the PDE component can be downloaded from https://www.outwit.com/products/docs as well. C) Does the system is full-proof, and it is workable at most of the organizations? Is this the answer to all the troubles faced in the field of financial data and costing related problems of an organization? Can it be made public so that the common people could take its help? D) The search terms that would be used in Google Scholar to research for literature are “Optical Character Recognition”, “Java Servlets”, “Secure Socket Layer”, and “External Flash Drive Encryption Program”. The journals used would be limited to peer reviewed journals only, as they provide up to date information. E) The database management would help to make sure that nobody is tampering with the records (Pratt, 2009) and it can also be downloaded with the help of a micro controller (LCDEarth, 2009). It must be kept in mind the accuracy rates are calculated in various ways, but the two most popular methods are an error of full word rate and character by character rate (Suen, 1998).
