Research Project: The Hospitality Experience - How does it happen?
The experience a customer receives from a hospitality organisation will be built around 4 key elements. These elements are:
1. Management operations
2. Aesthetics of the Built Environment
3. Customer character
4. Other environmental factors

Analyse each of these elements and discuss how each of them can be used by management and staff to ensure the customer receives a memorable and unique experience from a hospitality organisation.
You will need to effectively use 6-8 references in order to obtain a higher grade. Make sure that these are a 50-50 split between Internet and non-Internet references. (Online journals are treated as non-Internet references).
