Identify strategic, tactical and operational challenges currently facing PM discipline 5. Identify strategic, tactical and operational challenges currently facing AEC industry 6. Identify strategic, tactical and operational challenges that the Gellibrand DEPI Depot (SRM752-T1 2015) project is likely to face at its construction phase 7. Identify and briefly outline a number of feasible organizational structures for managing medium-scale, local-projects (including but not limited to traditional organizations, pure product, projected organizations, matrix organizations, and relationship - based organizational structures such as IPD, Partnering) 8.
