Assignment title: Information

Question 1A (10 marks)Using only information from the NTSB (2014) accident report, construct an AcciMapdiagram using the guidance provided by the document Guidelines for AcciMap Analysis(Branford, Naikar, & Hopkins, 2009).Ensure your diagram provides sufficient interacting factors, including those at higher levelsand not just those focussed on the immediate cause of the accident, to provide a clearunderstanding of how and why this accident happened.Use the sample AcciMap shown at Figure 2 of Branford, Naikar, & Hopkins (2009), as anexample of a completed AcciMap diagram. To assist in achieving this, and to avoid theconstruction of a massive and complex document that would be difficult to include in yoursubmission, take note of the guidance listed by Branford, Naikar, & Hopkins (2009, p. 203)recommending the inclusion of only two types of causes.7513NSC SMS Assessment 3/16 2If you are unsure about the computer skills needed to produce the AcciMap diagram, consultthe Information Technology specialists at the library or your fellow students (via theDiscussion Board?) about techniques to produce the AcciMap diagram as an attachment toyour Word document submission.
