Create a Department Policy/Position Paper that includes strategies for maintaining and monitoring the computer hardware. You will accomplish this task by evaluating one (1) business application that requires constant monitoring. In your paper be sure to: •Describe the purpose of the business application, •Describe the importance of the system to internal and or external customers, •Analyze and assess issues that would be created by system downtown and the impact of system failure on trust and satisfaction, •Compare and contrast solutions for minimizing system downtime, •Create a department policy for monitoring the systems and a decision path for various events.
