Evaluate ways of integrating continuous quality improvements for products, services andprocesses by assessing the outcome of continuous monitoring, correctly identifying trends in thequality of services, to implement effective improvements.5. Assess significant factors affecting project design, including the briefing process for clients and otherstakeholders in the supply chain. Review and evaluate the findings of investigations, evaluating theinformation available to the project team and producing realistic design parameter and advisingstakeholders on the most appropriate course of action.6. Manage project completion processes, including inspection and handover processes; instigate projectreview processes and identify and document learning/lessons learned for improved future projectperformance7. Appraise planning, monitoring and control systems in the context of managing project budgets andother resources. Develop and implement appropriate monitoring and tracking systems for managingchange at appropriate intervals in programs.
