Submission Method: Submit a hardcopy of your written report at the BEGINNING of class to the Lecturer and also a softcopy through the dropbox to the lecturer. Page limit of the report: in between 12 -15 pages including diagrams and references. In this assessment, you will be required to describe the final achievement of your project from a number of the perspectives as outlined below. In general, the report materials will be strongly influenced by what have been done and reported in the previous submissions in a more structured and polished way although with additional materials to be incorporated. The structure and credit allocation of the report should be as the following: 1. The Project Goal - project client information, business scenarios, identification of business requirements, solution approach and expected outcomes (7 marks); 2. Project Planning and Management – apart from the original project planning content that was in place, please also highlight any subsequent changes and adjustments, describe project management practice (7 marks); 3. Information System Design - interface, input, output, architecture, service, or any design paradigm adopted, and problem solving process (7 marks); 4. System Implementation - the choice of the platform, tools, components/services configurations, adoption of cloud or delivery method of choice (5 marks); 5. Results Analysis and Conclusion – discuss what impact your system has as a new solution for the business and comment on any aspects of the project through your experience ( 5 marks) 6. User Documentation – describe what users need to know to use your system in terms of input and output data format, user operating system environment, key commands to operate on your system and troubleshooting instructions (4 marks).
