Prior to the workshop, you should think about your topic for the reflective practice paper. You need to be identifying an issue at work that the course concepts can address – fundamentally, it needs to be a project management related issue. This issue can be on either a project on which you are currently working, or on a recently completed project that you wish would have been more successful. In either case the assignment is about learning from current practice to improve future practice. Time will be planned during the workshop for you to discuss in both smaller groups, and if necessary individually, possible topics and to clarify your understanding of the assignment set.
