This is for a master''s in Economics Development degree. I need to leverage my paper and address my professor''s comment: "model needs to be developed and you need to conduct analysis of other data" AND "You need to present a question and methodology to test a hypothesis using data that you can acquire of secondary sources. You need to conduct and present the results of an empirical (sic, econometric) analysis. How did you show the impact of the program? You hypothesized it, but did not show (sic, prove) it. You need to use data from somewhere" So, bassically I need the following: 1. Address the above comments 2. Do assignment 4 (Guidelines file attached) 3.
