In Part a) you will present a detailed and analytical examination of the perceived advantages and disadvantages of running a business either as an unlimited partnership or as a private limited company with respect to the specific parameters detailed in Part a) points 1-3 (see below). In Part b) You will select the purpose of your business and a name for your partnership or company. Duties and liabilities in the termination of either an unlimited partnership or a private limited company Explain the ways in which either unlimited partnerships or private limited companies are terminated. Analyse the liabilities and duties occurring in the termination of these types of venture. (30 marks) Part b) Select the purpose of your business and a name for your venture. By referring to the arguments you have raised in points 1-3, discuss what, in your opinion, can make your partnership or company successful successful.
