Student teams have studied the impact of information technology in any chosen industry from among; tourism, healthcare, banking and finance, manufacturing, retail and telecommunications. The teams have also identified gaps in their case organizations using the industry IT adoption as a benchmark.The third phase of this assignment requires students to develop a Project Management Plan. The plan is about development of solution (based on the GAP analysis in assignment 2). A descriptive and well written project management plan that highlights logical succinct justification of resource allocation and utilization that applies to the case organization. The report should be well structured and presented using the following format;• Definition of scope (the specific area the project would address)• Scheduling; using a Gantt chart to identify project timeframe and critical path• Resource management (how many staff you will need and other tools that may be needed)• Budgeting and cost management• ClosingIt is expected that the teams/groups should write approximately 1,500 to 2,000 words.
