For this project, you need identify, visit and get answers from a real business. The purpose is to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of their knowledge management system/s. Managing and reviewing the knowledge system Week 18 Write an in-depth report on the strengths and weakness of the knowledge management system in place in the business. The report should cover the following  Description of the business and its knowledge management system.  The legislative/regulatory requirements that relate to the business and how these affect the management of its knowledge system  What policies/procedures does the business have for its knowledge management system, and how does it monitor these to ensure they are being effective and efficient.  How the business ensures that its data/information systems (eg sales, finance, customer relations) are integrated and aligned with the knowledge system.  What types of performance measures are used and how achievement is measured.  How the business plans for contingencies  How the knowledge system contributes to the business/operational plans and outcomes  Your recommendations for improvement. Report length: there is no prescribed length, but all points above must be covered. High quality work is expected, with reference to the real business. Report format: include page numbering, title page, table of content. The report should be submitted as an electronic report through eCampus, with full referencing.
